2      We complete a budget planner with the clients to ensure continued affordability.
3      We discuss the suitability of the mortgage schemes with each client and the repayment methods.
4      Using the information we search across the market to identify the most suitable mortgage.
5      We present our findings to the client and discuss the recommendation.
6      We review the insurance arrangements a client has in place to protect the property, their mortgage and lifestyle.

We normally charge a fee for mortgage advice. The amount will depend on your circumstances. A typical fee would be £350.
